Anybody know a proper workshop for Seat in Abu Dhabi? Not having much luck in Ajman

I've been driving my Leon for about four years now and honestly it's been rock solid, but lately there's this weird creaking noise coming from the front suspension whenever I go over even the smallest bump. Took it to a couple of local garages here in Ajman and they just shrugged and said "maybe it's the bushings" but nobody seemed keen to actually dig into it properly.
